I am fairly new to brewing.

The OG on my last batch was 1.096 (1 Gallon Jug)- Experimental Recipe:tank:

This was 3 days ago.

I added a full pack of Danstar Nottingham Yeast (Gluten free)... Which I did use in the past for a 5 Gallon batch of 100% Sorghum beer

I havent seen too much action in the airlock. I do know that it doesnt mean much, I just dont want to open it already to take a gravity reading.

The recipe (as I can remember it.... I'm at work lol)

2 lbs of Sorghum Extract (Briess)
.5 lbs Oats (Toasted)
.5 lbs Brown Rice (Toated)
?? Honey
?? Brown Sugare

Hops, etc...

Did I put too much? Too little? Was the gavity too high?.... Am I ever going to get to drink this beer???!!

I guess patience is the last thing a homebrewer learns.

It should be fine but check gravity, its gona be ok if you open it for few min, heck its gona be ok if you leave it open for few days
