The Monk's Kettle

ooooh, yeah. Friday snuck up on me and i almost forgot what was in store for this weekend. Some friend's and I are going to The Monk's Kettle tomorrow to enjoy fine brews from all over the globe!

it's only a block and a half from the train, so I can get back to Oakland and take a cab on the cheap!

there are quite a few beers here that i've never experienced on tap and some bottles that i've never tried at all. a friend is back in town, so i just invited him as well. hopefully we'll have another good turn out (last party like this was 16 people)

I've read about this place...sounds pretty good. Old Rasputin on the nitro sounds pretty good to me!

You're from Oakland...I assume you've been to The Trappist? That place has been rocking my world lately...wicked good Belgian styles.
