I recently came across the most amazing ipa you could ever find Wayerbacher 11
outstanding flavour 11.7% alchahol.
Does anyone know what I would have to do with my malt to get a sweet enough wort to carry somewhere around 200 IBU's? obviously the IBU's are simple but I am lost as to what to do about the malt is this even possible for the home brewer to reproduce? any input will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks don!:rockin:

Here is a recipe that might get you there! A 1.111 will get you where you want and the candi sugar should ferment out easily. This is 5 gallons all-grain at 70% efficency

I had a bottle of Eleven a couple weeks ago. It was the most fun/brutal thing I've ever drank. I may have to give this recipe a try one day... although I think I'll do a DIPA first :)

Have you actually made this one before??
