Cleaning is not sanitizing - right?

I picked up One Step No Rinse Cleanser. I still need to sanitize correct?

I think there was a recent thread about this saying it is just a cleanser not a sanitizer. So yes

Cleaning and sanitizing are two separate steps although some companies try to create products that merge them (one step is one of them). The FDA doesn't approve it and neither do I.

Cleaning is not sanitizing - right?
