any recommendations from the Wyeast catalogue for a great yeast for a high abv(10%) sweet stout with lactose and coffee???

How about this?

I used white labs Irish ale yeast (WLP-004) for a chocolate stout and had good results. Not sure how similar the strains are, but this Wyeast says it has a 10% alcohol tolerance.

I'd choose from these options: 1318, 1099, or 1084. These have a high alcohol tolerance and would make for a great stout.
