I'd choose from these options: 1318, 1099, or 1084. These have a high alcohol tolerance and would make for a great stout.

Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale It works great for stouts too and is very very Tolerant of high alcohol.

Anything you can find from Wyeast, you can find an equivalent from White Labs. Here's a chart I've found useful.
