Brewing a blonde ale this weekend with these 2 hop varieties. Anyone have experience with either of these?

Anticipated OG will be 1.047
Hop schedule: horizon .5oz 60min
santiam plugs .5oz 30min
santiam plugs .5oz 5min
IBU around 25.

Anyone think I'm way off with these 2 hop varieties? I figured I'd go with a blonde ale because mostly any hops are acceptable.

Thanks!

Looks good. I am a fan of the Santiams. Nice floral/spice thing going on. I discovered that it is used in my favorite IPA, Smuttynose, and trotted out a clone. Gonna have to get some again....

Ok, I've had that before and enjoyed it. From what I've been reading is that horizon is similar to santiam, but has some citrus tones as well; plus a higher AA.

Thanks for the reply!
