I just opened my first beer from my first batch, and it was amazing! I worried and freaked and all of it was for nothing. If you are on your first batch and freaking out, read some of Revvy's blogs and posts and you will quickly realize it is a patient mans hobby. Don't rush it.

Thanks to everyone on this site for the help and I am looking forward to years of enjoyment!

Next up.....more equipment, bottles, and BEER!!!
