side by side freezer kegerator w normal fridge side?

Is it possible to have a kegerator on the freezer side and have the fridge side operate as a normal refrigerator? i.e. not a fermenter.
So both sides would be 36-38 degrees or whatever.

I searched but only found stuff with fermenter on one side etc.
 
Yeah. Minus the heater to keep it at fermenting temps?? That's the part I am unsure about.
