What taste and/or body effects do you normally get when you brew with brown sugar? And how much should be used to get the result on a 5 gallon batch?
I have been brewing for less than a year and would like to expand on my ingredient selection, so I am just trying to get a feel for what this sugar would do to the beer before trying it out and not liking the result.
