Pizza Plant's beer at the Buffalo Brewfest, Inferno Pod Ale, ran through a Hop Rocket filled with Simcoe, that one was good! Food is great too, even though I've only been there a couple of times.

No, I don't brew, but it does seem like a fascinating hobby and maybe something I would consider. I do like beer!
I work for a vendor that sells fittings, valves, and so forth. I noticed recently traced some of our orders and they all linked back to HBT. I'm glad that many brewers on here are supporting small businesses!
