I've only brewed three batches so far, so I'm still a newbie, but wondered if anyone has any suggestions for this dark malt I've got.
I have six pounds of Dark LME, give me a recipe to go with it.

If you feel comfortable making adjustments, you could swap hops, maybe brew a lighter version without the pound of DME, etc.
