Hi all,
I just finished off another batch of my super sweet stout and had a little fermentation stall I believe due to the high OG. So I have decided from now on to make starters for all my yeasts. On this recipe I pitch two separate White Labs yeasts WLP028 Edinburgh Ale and WLP002 English Ale.

If I do a starter using two different yeasts, could I combine them into one starter or would it be best to do two separate starters?

Thanks Gene:rockin:

If you're planning on combining them into the same beer, then you should be fine with one starter. I would do a multi-step starter though. Start out small with a normal size starter. Then use the smaller one to do another starter doubled in size. Start about a week before you brew and you'll have one insane starter.
