So Im about ready to check the FG to see if fermentation is done....but how do I do that? I understand how to use a hydrometer, thats not the issue. I need to know: what is the best way to get the beer out of the fermenter? Im rather terrified about contamination and oxygen and all of that, so any advice would be great. If its simple I apologize for the question. Thanks guys.
