finally! after almost 4 weeks in the bottle I cracked one open. Best beer so far, and better than alot of microbrews I have tried. Not to sharp on the palate smooth and just the right hoppy profile I wanted. This was an extract brew but if all grain beer gets better than this I would like to see it. Just thought I would share my excitement. I let this Primary for 2 weeks, secondary for 4 and bottle condition for about 4 weeks. Thanks to all who have answered my questions along the way. I am sure I would not have got this good of beer had it not been for you guys.
 
Glad it came out well.

What was the recipe you used?

I have been thinking about doing a dubbel in one of our near future batches.
