May have some time to brew this weekend or next, I am thinking of doing a Saison since it will be ready sometime in March/April. I really like New Belgium's Saison and Biere de Mars, maybe something like those with a bit of an orange and spiced flavoring. Anyone have a good recipe?

For some reason, there is a tickle in my brain that says cweston did a Saison he was really happy with, perhaps he can share. Saison was also featured in a relatively recent edition of BYO...maybe you can get your hands on a copy.
