I got the couplers ordered and the motor.
The main build came from this link:
http://www.lamabrewery.com/the_mill.htm
On his build he says he used the following capacitor:
McMaster 7602K37 Ac Motor-Run Capacitor, 370 Vac, 45 Microfarad Rating
The motor I ended up getting is different from the one he purchased. I would imagine I would use the same capacitor but I'm not much of an electrician and want to be sure this will work before I cause a melt down...
Below are the specs for the motor I got
https://www.surpluscenter.com/item.asp?catname=&qty=1&item=5-1098
SPECIFICATIONS Speed 177.7 RPM
Voltage 115 AC
Amperage 1.9 Amps
Torque 40 in - lbs.
Gear Ratio 10.13:1
Rotation Reversible
Duty Continuous
Enclosure TEFC
Mount 4 bolt on 2-21/32" centers
Shaft 1/2" dia. x 1-3/16" w/keyway and flat
Size 4-5/8" dia. x 8-1/8"
Shpg. 13 lbs.
