Correct Capacitor for a Grain Mill build?

I got the couplers ordered and the motor.

The main build came from this link:

On his build he says he used the following capacitor:

McMaster 7602K37 Ac Motor-Run Capacitor, 370 Vac, 45 Microfarad Rating

The motor I ended up getting is different from the one he purchased. I would imagine I would use the same capacitor but I'm not much of an electrician and want to be sure this will work before I cause a melt down...
