I got my Paintball regulator kit today. I'm trying to remove the two plugs from my gauge-less regulator as well as the post that connects to the tank.

Nothing will budge. Any ideas on getting those things loosened. I don't want to damage or contaminate it with WD40.

Have you tried gently heating the joint with a propane torch? Often that does the trick for me, with frozen bolts or plumbing joints. Nothing drastic, just quickly move the flame tip around the circumference a few times and try again.

You're probably aware of it, but it's worth mentioning that some regulators have left-hand threads.

Thanks for the idea. I knew about the threads, but I can't get the sucker to budge. I'll try kissing it with my MAPP torch.
