I.m looking for a Belgain Wheat extract(partial mash) recipe.
I have a basic recipe, but was looking for a unique one that has that bread-like and fruity flavors.

I dont have one but as far as the fruity flavors go, you would want to use a Belgian yeast, wlp400 would be a good choice. Maybe some pilsner and wheat to do your mini mash and the rest use some good quality malt extract.
