...so I brewed an extract batch of ahs anniversary wit for a quickie brew day.
after being in the keg for 2 weeks.it's pouring quite clear.The beer is really tasty ,just not cloudy.
I used wlp 400 for the yeast,3 week primary at 70 degrees.I used no whirlfloc or fining agents.
why is my wit clear? i'm not even getting any chill haze.does 400 really drop out this fast?
