Hop Substitutions

I've got a recipe for a Hobgoblin clone that uses Progress hops for bittering, and Styrian Goldings for flavor/aroma. I don't have either of these, but I do have lots of whole fuggles, hallertau, and east kent goldings. Are any of these decent subs for the progress or styrian?

I've used the following chart in the past as my LHBS doesn't always have what I want:

A bit better than just trying to find a hop with a similar AAU! Occasionally I just break down and order, however, if I'm feeling particularly OCD.

Accoring to The Joy of HBing, Styrian is actually a fuggle that is grown in Slovenia, so that seems like a reasonable substitution.
