Hello from Binghamton, NY!

Hello everyone. I just started brewing again last month after a 10 year hiatus. After moving about the east coast we finally settled down back in our hometown. I decided to start from scratch again and purchased the Deluxe Brewer's Best Equipment Kit and a Brewer's Best Summer Ale kit. Brew Day went ok with only one mishap and bottled it last Monday. Thinking about opening one up today just to see what it's like.
I'm looking forward to talking to everyone here for tips and recipe's and maybe even dispense some advise myself to other newbs.

I cracked one open after conditioning for only a week. My curiosity got the better of me!
Great color and carbonation. Had a great head for about 20 seconds, then it was gone completely. Tasted kinda harsh too!
I'll (try to) leave it alone for at least another 3 weeks.
