Pasteurisation using solar

HI there from South Africa!!
I'm looking for info on solar powered geyser type pasteurisation, similar to what Pappers posted some time ago with the stove top process, but hioping we can find some solar system that will work in harsh Afrian conditions!!
Can anyone help?

I would suggest parabolic mirrors. There is a site here in the states that has plans where you use a satellite dish (the small kind) and you could melt concrete with that beam.

I also hope you don't use this to pasteurize beer.
