So I'm going to brew a 10g batch of cream ale, and I only have 1 pack of US05, to make things worse, I took 3grams out for a tiny batch !!
I put the remaining 8 grams into a 1qt 1.030 canned starter on the stirplate this morning, tonight it looked good and creamy so I added another qt of starter tonight. Any chance this will be built up enough to pitch on Monday ??
