Hey I just bought a ~7lb can of tomato sauce I was looking to turn into pasta sauce and can for future use. Anybody have any recipes or tips of how I could best prepare this?
Best recipe I have is from Giada DeLaurentis. Google her vodka sauce. It has a base marinara sauce recipe in it that is incredible and easy to make. It's basically crushed tomatoes, onions, carrots, garlic, olive oil and basil. It's incredible and is very easy to make.
