I am using Beersmith to convert one of my extract recipes to all grain. My recipe calls for Extra Light liquid malt extract (unhopped) but I see no corresponding LME in my beersmith grains. The is light but no extra light.

Also several of my recipes call for using hopped LME like say Hopped Amber. But again I see no corresponding LME in the beersmith choices???

Extra Light Liquid Malt Extract would be somewhere around 92-100% 2-row base malt and 0-8% Carapils (wild guess). Most DME and LME begins with a heavy foundation of 2-row base malt. Be careful when it comes to convervting. The gravity of an equal amount of DME, LME, and actual 2-row grain will all be different.
