I did a 10 gallon boil last night and was eying my keggle wondering if I could pull off a 15 gallon boil.

I'd most likely boil the run off from the mash in one pot and the sparge run off in another, after the "break" I'd combine them. I realize it would be tight but if I'm gonna make beer I might as well make a lot!

Remember that a 15 gallon BOIL in a keggle will only yield about a 13.5 gallon batch due to boil off.

That said, you could pull off about a 13.5 gallon batch in a keggle if you used some fermcap to control the boil off just a bit.
