How does this Sierra Nevada Porter Recipe look? Am I doing the correct Mash profile? I can't get Nugget hops, so I'm using Chinook instead.

I was thinking about making a SN porter in the near future and my grain bill was going to be something like this:

9lb 2-row
2lb munich
12oz chocolate malt
8oz crystal 60

1oz Centennial @ 60 min
.5oz Williamette @ 20 min
.5oz Williamette @ 10 min

Wyeast 1056

40.2 IBU and color at 24.7 according to beersmith.
OG 1.060
FG 1.014
