I'm brewing an imperial IPA tonight using a White Labs WLP001 (California yeast).

OG: 1.078
Vol. 4.75 gal

According to Mr Malty, with these stats and intermittent shaking (maybe every 8 hours), I needed to make a 2L starter using one vial of yeast. I shook my yeast vial, sanitized it, and opened it, but wound up losing some when it foamed up on me. So, I was a little bit nervous that I'm going to wind up with too little yeast. I stopped at the brew shop on the way home this evening and picked up two vials of WLP001 thinking that I could just pitch two vials instead, in case my starter isn't up to par. What do you guys think?

Does it look like there is enough yeast in the bottom of my jug or should I just pitch two vials and call it good?
