To make a long story short, I ordered the wrong RTD from Auberins. I was following the Electric Brewery instructions (so I thought) and ordered two of these instead of two of the NPT ones.
So this has:
  • PT100-L50M14 RTD Temperature Sensor
  • Red Braided Sleeving
  • Steel Reinforced Rope
  • XLR connector

$50 shipped I think would be fair as the Electric Brewery is selling them for $63 each.

If you are handy with a soldering gun, you can replace the thermistor in those with a NTC thermistor. I just bought two of them on ebay for 9.50 and am soldering one into this package.
