just started getting into the whole brewing thing so I am reading a lot and trying to get all the terminology down.

Sooo, for those that brew cider, where is a good place to start out? I am looking for a good step by step guide that explains the process. I am ordering the mr.beer brew kit to get started, so I can't wait to get it.

Any advice for a cider newb?

Welcome :mug:
Basic cider is simple:
Get a good cider, fresh from the orchard if possible, if not, get something that doesn't have any preservatives in it, or look for frozen concentrate.
Add yeast
Ferment till clear.
Bottle and enjoy.
After you get that down, then you can look into adding thing like spices, extra sugar or honey, other fruits, etc.

thanks for the welcome guys.

DragonTail- I have read a lot (mostly on these forums) how cider is very simple. From your directions it seems to be. Thanks!
