Hello I ordered some ingredients for my next brew, its a hazed and infused clone, but I just got called to a job that will last a month. What do I need to do to keep my grains and hops good until I get back? All the grains are crushed, but in sealed bags from brewmasters warehouse. The hops are in air tight bags also. Its more important for me to keep the hops good since they are the most expensive part of this particular recipe. Thanks for any info.

Grain in the fridge if possible. Hops in the freezer. If you can't fit the grain in the fridge, that's ok. Just keep it cool somewhere. It'll be fine.

thanks, i only do 2.75 gallon batches, so no problem putting the grains in the fridge and hops in the freezer
