Working out the house today, not too much going on. I made a run to local butcher and picked up some ribs. 3 racks of babyback and 2 of beef. The smoker is cruisin' around 230F.

I have some homebrew in the fridge and there is hockey on the tube later. It's a good day.

Wow, you're right...

Losing track of days happens sometimes when you work out of your home.

As for the ribs, 2.5 hours in, 2.5 hours to go.
 
The beef ribs turned out great, the pork were just good. My temperature control could have been better.

Pork plus homebrew last night means it's not good to get near me today.
