After I add isinglass finings should I leave the beer in a cool place for 2 days and then bottle, or should I continue to leave it in a warm place before bottling?

Is it OK if I put the brew in just above freezing temperature for a few days after I add finings?

Keeping the beer just above freezing would probably be fine for isinglass. The important thing is to make sure the isinglass solution evenly dispersed throughout the beer in a sanitary, non-oxidizing manner. A lot of brewers who use gelatin or isinglass, rack onto the warm finings solution with colder beer so the thermal currents disperse it evenly throughout the beer.
