My first braggot went from 1.112 to 1.015 in four days! :drunk:

Based on Schramm's hefty braggot, but with Munich instead of Vienna, and 8 oz of hops!

Gonna wait for a few weeks, then rack and bulk age for a few months.
 
I just tapped into my keg of Braggott that we brewed last summer......it is delish. We made 10 gallons I kegged my 5 and my son bottled his 5. He found that due to the yeast being at their alcohol limits it carbonated very slow. By the time they got nicely carbed they were nearly all gone. I keep telling him that patience is a virtue.
