Howzit,

Well I am going to start brewing again after a long layoff. Glad I found this site to refresh my skills. Equipment is gone except for 3 glass carboys, looks like I'll have to spend some cash to get up and going again. I was doing 10 gallon all-grain batches, but I think I will start at 5 and get back into it.

Looks like only 1 homebrew shop on Oahu to work with. Are there any leeward Oahu brewer?

Welcome back. Given your location, you might be happy to know that there are dry wheat and lager yeasts available now.
 
Thanks Guys,

Different web sites, but glad to be back. Really anxious to get started again.

Now it's time to get the equipment and get that first brew going. It will most likely be a sierra nevada clone and a stout to follow.
