Alkaline Brewery Wash. Will probably be switching from Powdered Brewery Wash to ABW for better cleaning and rinsing in cool water.
That’s quite the box. Good stuff fellas.

Very new to brewing, so I have got a ton of stuff over the last few months, but just went and picked up a couple of snap lock storage containers to keep stuff dust (and cat hair) free.
New 1-gallon fermentors and D47 yeast. I have plum wine, hard cider, mead and rice wine planned!
I didn't picture the shoe horn that came today because it has nothing to do with the hobby or my slightly expanding mid-section...

Very cool...added to my Amazon list! I had just been looking the other day to see if Better Bottle or Big Mouth Bubbler came in a 1 gal size (they dont...). I think those would be way more convenient than my glass 1 gal Carlo Rossi wine jugs...

Still, only a little under 6 bucks more each...might be worth it for not having to drill the lid myself, and I have a bunch of #10 stoppers already (that's what the BB's use...)

The stuff that arrived for me today doesn't compare to the schematix brew porn above but should let me try a few things.
Some Swanson L Plantarum capsuals and a preassure cooker.
I want to try kettle souring and I got the preassure cooker for steralising stuff to do with yeast slants and freezing etc.

Finally my Koji spores arrived from Japan. I already bought a bag of Kokuho Rose polished rice and now I'm finally ready to try my hand at brewing Sake!

And that one is even less expensive than the Fermonster...initially I wasn't sure why I didn't note that when I was looking at the NB site previously, but now I'm seeing that the 1.4 gal size is glass only....

Don't forget to vigorously shake that BEST PART OF WAKING UP before drinking. I didn't for the first 2-3 of those cans, and then I felt real stupid when actually reading the can. Nitro ... derrrrrrrrr.
That looks like an awesome box! I might have to try to initiate a side trade in the FOTD!
