I'm wanting to plug in info for millet on brewtoad. Anyone have its vital stats?

If some one doesnt comeback I would check with coloradomaltingcompany and see if they have info...

You can ask them but remember that Malt analysis is conducted according to asbc guidelines for testing barley. I tend to think CMC doesn't know any better than you or I.

I estimate 30 ppg for Grouse's pale millet, 25 ppg for CMC red proso pale malt millet. That tends to line up with my results if I estimate a 75% efficiency on my homebrew setup. Higher roasts will have lower extract yields, I tend to estimate dark-roasted grains (200°L or higher) at no more than 15-20 ppg. YMMV, but I haven't been off by more than 1 or 2 points in my last 7 or 8 batches.
