I'm gonna use Irish Moss for the first time today. Do put it in a bag or just dump in the wort (it says with about 10 min to go...)..will it just sink to the trub in the carboy?

From what I've read, it's best to rehydrate Irish moss before you add it to the boil to get the best results.

thanks...I kinda figured that but wanted to check....should I keep the extra in the fridge or room temp? Ziploc bag I presume?
