Dual Keg Kit with dual body regulator from www.kegconnection.com, I had them ship everything but the kegs and CO2 tank. THe dual body regulator is worth that price by itself!

Free Fridge from craigslist...full size side by side in great shape! 5 years old.
So for about $175 I am going to be up and running with a dual keg tap system, with picnic taps and the ability carb up one keg while serving another...the dual body regulator was a must have for me.
I think $175 for an operation dual tap system is darned reasonable!!
