finaly got around to do another brew

in the process wort is boiling as we speak/ type. doing a bavarian bock also have fermenting edworts apfelwein. taking some pics. first brew of 2009 for me. yes sad but i've been busy.

alright just finished up cleaning and everything target OG was 1.079 ended up getting 1.076 not too bad. i think i may have not reached the target OG due to the grain bill pushing my 5 gallon MLT to the limit.

brew over all went smooth no complications. also used my immersion chiller for the first time and can say it saved at least an hour of waiting for cool down.

have the bock in a corny as primary with blow off tube. first time using corny as fermenter will see how it works out.
