Here is my grain bill for today's brewing adventure. Got the recipe online. Looking to make a good crisp irish red ale.

What do you all think?

6.6lb Gold LME
1lb CaraPils
2oz Chocolate Malt
4oz Special Roast
2oz Belgian Biscuit

1oz East Kent at 60 min
1oz Willamette at 15 min

Nottingham Dry Yeast
