English-style IPA kicks butt too if you like the flavour and aroma of EKG.
I'll be brewing up koelsch and a dry stout for starters.
I just brewed this Smoked Porter monday, it's bubbling away now.

Indeed not. I got so excited, I just kept adding grains
I did a version of my Cream of Three Crops - Cream Ale subbing in all Tettnang for the Willamette and Crystal.
Turned out very crisp.

BierMuncher, I'm putting this one (Cream of Three Crops Cream Ale) on the agenda. What yeast can I substitute and how do you get the final gravity so low. The best I can do is 1.010
