Belgian Wit Hops

Hello, my next brew will be a belgian wit. What would be the best hops for that, perla, hallertau or willamette?

5 gallons
going for OG:1.045,
About 15 IBUs

this is the recipe I made up:
5lb flaked wheat
3lb American 2 row
2lb American 6 row
1oz Coriander
1/4oz sweet orange peel
1/4oz bitter orange peel

Belgian wheat yeast

i have one in carboy now. used Saaz and hallertaur. i think most noble hops will do. something low in alpha acid. you want the bitter orange and coriander to be the frontrunners here.
 
Saaz or Hallertauer.

I also use a small amount of cascade for the flavor addition since it imparts a nice citrus flavor.

Don't overhop your Wit. 15 IBUs I would consider an absolute maximum, and IMO 10 is even better.
 
I used strisselspalt. No hop is really going to "make" your wit, just don't pick one that will be totally out of place, which would be easy to do.
