Has anybody put together a tutorial in keggle construction? I'm thinking of creating one and would like to know what options there are for construction.

Here is what I'm thinking...

1. Disassembly
2. Cut hole in lid. (plasma cutter, angle grinder, hack saw, teeth, etc)
3. Adding valve, valve types, benefits
4. False bottoms, options benefits, etc.
5. Adding thermometer
6. Other options. I will have to hire the welding out to somebody

Your input is most appreciated.

Just ask BierMuncher how to make one - he's the resident expert ;)

Dangit, the bird beat me to it!

I was going to say to have BierMuncher help him:D

I’ve been told that this is the reigning example of a well thought out plan using precise measurements and optimal tolerances, coupled with flawless execution and painstaking attention to the details.

Can’t remember who told me that though :D

OMG, BM's keggle has discovered how to reproduce. We are all doomed to have bloodied appendages from brewing.

Dude, that thing has the added bonus of having LEAVES...

And, you can see that he did some measuring, look at the pencil.
