I'm working on designing my brew rig, and am contemplating a long ~5-10ft run of stainless tubing for piping wort from my BK to my fermenter. Do i need to be concerned with pulling this apart for sanitation purposes or if it is 10ft long just cycling some PBW/Starsan through it for several minutes in each direction sufficient to ensure sanitation?

Do i need to be concerned with hops or grains building up on bends and possibly contaminating future batches? I'll be able to fully drain and purge the line afterwards, and it will be sealed between batches.

I could just use 1/2" silicone tubing i suppose, but won't stainless last longer and have less crap get built up on the inside ?
