I've currently got a big bucket of DME that I really want to use up but I don't have any good weight mesuring devices (what I've been doing is buying one pound bags of DME and eyeballing how much DME I needed from the bucket in comparison to the bags), but I do have some volume measuring decides. About what is the density of DME?

My LHBS sells bags of DME labeled "44 oz approximately 8 cups" and "22 oz approximately 4 cups". That equates to roughly 1/3 pound per cup.

Bah, that would require me to not be lazy and wander around Korean department stores looking disoriented.

Use a standard measuring cup, probably 1/4 cup to make it a little less messy, to fill a one pound bag of DME by the scoopful, then mark how many measures it takes and do the math.
