I recently bought a kegging setup from craigslist. i am going to head to my hombrew shop today to get the rest of the stuff.
This is what i got so far:

Three ball lock kegs
Co2 and regulator
Gas lines with a T in it and two gas connects

One line out tubing with picnic tap
Set gaskets (i assume to be replacment rings)

I am going to get:
ANother picnic tap (to set me straight before i get my tower figured out
12 feet of beverage line (6 feet is what i have heard per keg
two sets of Oring replacements

IS there any thing else i should be concerned with at the moment?

I would start out with more beverage line. You can always cut back, but 6 feet might be too short. depends on your fridge/freezer. I would start with about 8-9 feet per keg.

When you use a picnic faucet, you can get away with 6 feet because you can hold it up high to add more resistance to the pour. If you then convert over to through wall faucets, the line length will matter much more. Go with 8 feet each.. you can tuck it away but can't add on.
