I'm working on an Imperial Red Ale, any suggestions on this bad boy:
9 lbs. Pale Extract
8 oz. Crystal 90L (steep)
2 oz. Roasted Barley (steep)
8 oz. Cara-pils (steep)
1 lb. Candi Sugar (clear)
0.75 oz. chinook - 60 minutes
1 oz. Cascade - 10 minutes
4 oz. centennial - dry hop in secondary for 8 days
2 Wyeast Irish Ale 1084 Yeast
I want to keep the ABV over 7% and the IBUs between 50-70. Let me know what you think!
