Fridge or If your just looking to bring it down a few degrees then you could just ice bath it.
 
Wrap a wet towel around it and point a fan at it. That'll knock about 10 degrees off the temperature.

Edit: I assume this is in connection to your red ale fermenting at 72 F. The wet towel and fan should do the trick nicely here. You can either re-wet the towel 1-2 times a day or set the fermenter in a tub of water, in which case the towel will wick the water up, where the fan will accelerate evaporation and cooling.
