I now have my first cider soaking up all the Co2 it can handle in a keg right now, on 30 p.s.i. in the fridge for 36 hours and then I'll drop it down closer to proper pressure to reach 2.7 volumes(or thereabouts).

It was the easiest thing to ferment that I have ever done. Martinelli's Gold Medal Apple Juice (100% Juice) and Safale-s04, fermented at 65 deg. It is still very young, and 'green', but it tastes well enough, so far. This will be very good after it's carbonated and aged for another month.

Mostly I can't believe how Clean this ferment was, as seen in the pic. My next brew is going to be a variant of Brandon O Graffs and I can't wait to try that.
